JOHN LENNON ist sicher der am meisten vermisste Mensch der letzten Jahrzehnte.Sein Tod und Fehlen ist viel schmerzhafter als jede Naturkatastrophe.
Hoffen wir das Beste ... vielleicht dürfen wir ihm irgendwann mal begegnen ...

Hi Odo,
ich möchte den bedauernswerten Menschen, die unter Naturkatastrophen zu leiden haben, nicht zu nahe treten. Körperliche Verletzungen, Verlust von Angehörigen und/oder des Lebensumfelds... das ist schon schlimmer als der Verlust eines noch so genialen Musikers!
Damit möchte ich aber den Verlust John Lennons nicht abwerten. Er hat vielen von uns (auch mir) sehr viel bedeutet. Die Beatles waren in vielerlei Hinsicht eine Art Katalysator für mich, und John war dabei (wenn man überhaupt Einzelpersonen dabei hervorheben will) für mich der Wichtigste.
Sein Tod hat für den Rest meines Lebens eine Lücke hinterlassen!
Doch heute ist sein Geburtstag! Also laßt uns nicht trauern, sondern uns an dem erfreuen, was er (auch zusammen mit den anderen Beatles) uns hinterlassen hat. Werfen wir also "Birthday" auf den Plattenteller!

John war mehr als "nur" ein genialer Musiker. Er war DER effektivste Katalysator der PR für die ehernen Menschheitsziele: Liebe, Frieden, Einheit, Glücklichsein. Mit seinem Urschrei-Album hat er viel für die Akzeptanz der Psychotherapie in der Gesellschaft getan. Er hat den Atheismus als die bessere Alternative zur Religion in die Diskussion gebracht.
Es ist auch mein Empfinden, dass der Tod John Lennons der schmerzhafteste Tod einer öffenlichen Person im 20. Jahrhundert war.

| Ich möchte mich euch allen anschließen. Happy Birthday, Johnny! Ich feiere an jedem 9. Oktober eine Party - denn als großer, inniger, devoter John-Fan habe ich selbstverständlich auch an einem 9.Oktober mein erstes Kind auf die Welt gebracht. Und so kann ich immer feiern! |
